Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, you may be eligible for a refund in certain circumstances. In the event that you send back an order, we are not obligated to refund the cost of your order or the shipping costs associated with your return.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can reach out to us and we will do our best to rectify the situation. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so that we look into the specifics of your situation. Note that we will generally not be able to issue a refund in the following situations:
- There were delivery problems caused by the shipping company.
- The delivery address specified by the customer was incorrect or incomplete.
- There were delivery delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
- The products were improperly handled or stored after being delivered.
In the event that you need to cancel your order for whatever reason, please contact us as soon as you can and we will do our absolute best to try to cancel your order. However, if your order has already shipped, then we will not be able to cancel your order.
